Scripture Writing: Topical

 I have enjoyed Scripture writing books of the Bible so much that I decided I wanted to add topical Scripture writing to what I was doing. 

I went in search of a planner.  It needed to have a horizontal set up for each day and I wanted it to be as plain as I could get it.

I found this one at Hobby Lobby on sale for $13 and some change.  It is also an 18-month calendar!

I brought it home and started work on decorating it in such a way that it wouldn't interfere with the space allotted for each day.

I gathered my stamp blocks, stamp pad and other stamps that I had on hand.

The name of the topic went on first:  Words and Thoughts

I used a yellow highlighter to go over the letters to make them pop and stand out.

Next, I chose a couple of different rose stamps and stamped them where I wanted them.

After that, I used coloring pencils to shade in the roses.

This planner doesn't start until July, but I don't plan to wait until then to start writing the Scriptures.

I have researched Scriptures throughout the Bible that address our words and thoughts and made a list.  

Each day I will write one set of Scriptures on that day's slot.  For example, on July 1st, I would write out the verses of Job 19:1,2 and on July 2nd, I would write out the verse of Psalm 19:14.
